In the event you reach a voicemail box, please leave a message.  DO NOT LEAVE EMERGENCY MESSAGES ON THE VOICEMAIL - PRESS 9 FOR IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE.  The staff picks up messages at regular intervals throughout the day and handles each call with care.  There can sometimes be a delay in returning your call if we need to call for test results or review your chart with your physician.  Even with our best efforts, sometimes a call can be missed.  We are always striving to improve service to our patients.  If this should happen to you, please call us back.  We will do everything possible to expedite your call.

To avoid delay, please give us 24 hours notice when you need a prescription refilled and remember that it can sometimes take up to 48 hours to get back to you with test results or answers to non-urgent questions.
